Headliners this week:

NICK FERRARI, DMIND's CMO, was elected President of the Business Marketing Association of New York.

DARCY MILLER, currently president of Primedia's American Baby Group, has been promoted to President of the newly created Primedia Integrated Sales and Marketing Group. Also at Primedia, LINDA PLATZNER has been promoted to President of the Teen Marketing division within the Consumer Media and Magazines Group of the company. Also at Primedia, ROBERT ACQUAOTTA has joined the American Baby Group as Director of Online Sales. Previously he was with Sesame Workshop where he managed sales and strategy for SesameStreet.com.

JON D. SPAET has been named President, Advertising Sales for USA Cable, a division of USA Networks Inc.'s entertainment unit. USA Cable also promoted JOHN SILVESTRI to General Sales Manager and Executive VP, Advertising Sales. Most recently, Spaet was handling the advertising sales effort for About.com, Inc. Also at USA Networks, DOUG HERZOG, a longtime cable television guru and briefly a Fox Broadcasting Company official, has been chosen as the USA Network's new President.

TOM DOYLE, former President of Go4Media, LLC has moved to Pivotal Media, LLC as President.

CLIFFORD SEWING has been named Director of Marketing and Sales Support for ad pepper media USA. Sewing was most recently at Verizon Electronic Commerce Services, Inc., serving as Associate Director, Marketing and Product Development. Also at ad pepper media USA, MICHAEL P. CROSSON has been named VP of Sales.

LEIGH A. MOYLAN has recently joined The Morning Call newspaper in Allentown, PA as the new Advertising Training Coordinator. Previously, Moylan was the General Manager of WTKZ Radio.

TOM BEUSSE has been named Sr. VP and Managing Director, Rodale's Sports and Fitness Group for Rodale Inc.
