The major broadcast networks are suing Alki David over barryDriller.com, and so is mogul Barry Diller, reports The Hollywood Reporter. The trade says Diller filed a lawsuit accusing David of violating his publicity rights and implying a false endorsement. BarryDriller.com is a new digital distributor of TV stations. Diller is involved with Aereo, the startup that successfully fought a preliminary injunction that the broadcasters were seeking. He claims the Web site is designed to "confuse and divert" consumers from Aereo.
