Havens To President, 'Atlantic'

M. Scott Havens has been named president of The Atlantic. Havens previously served as Atlantic Media Company's SVP of finance and digital operations. He will lead the Atlantic brand across its platforms -- in print, online and live events—as well as its sister sites, The Atlantic Wire and The Atlantic Cities. Prior to joining Atlantic Media Company, Havens was executive director at Condé Nast Business Media and a founder of Portfolio.com.
