Plus Three has been selected by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee to lead its online advertising and fundraising initiatives for the 2004 elections. The agency will provide media planning
and acquisitions strategies for the DSCC's Web campaign, as well as implement an Internet-based persuasion campaign to attract donations.
