Chiquita Brands International has named Dallas-based Dieste Harmel & Partners as its agency of record for the U.S. Hispanic market. Dieste Harmel will be responsible for developing and executing an
integrated marketing campaign to U.S. Hispanics. Spending was not disclosed.
