THOMAS MIDDELHOFF, CEO of Bertelsmann AG, is leaving the company due to differences of opinion with shareholders over the future direction of the privately held media giant. Sources close to
the situation said Middelhoff is set to become chief executive of Deutsche Telekom AG news agency.
