DoubleVerify, a digital ad measurement firm, on Tuesday announced its pre-bid targeting technology is now available via AppNexus. DoubleVerify claims the technology “authenticate[s] the quality of an ad impression in real-time to ensure it is delivered in a viewable, brand-safe, contextually relevant and fraud-free environment.”
With marketers looking to improve the quality of ads transacted programmatically, they have begun turning to pre-bid data. Earlier this year, for example, comScore brought its own pre-bid data packages to the programmatic marketplace in an effort to boost overall ad quality.
