Creative agency Big Spaceship added three senior roles: Elizabeth Behler as head of brand, Kristen Goodhue, VP, program management and Alessandra Pinho as VP, strategy.
Behler will report to CEO Ranae Heuer, Goodhue to managing director Lindsay Molsen, and Pinho to Dan Bort, SVP, strategy and analytics.
Previously, Behler held strategy roles at Huge and IPG Mediabrands.
Prior to her appointment, Goodhue held program management positions at Huge and Organic, while Pinho drove strategy for various agencies, including Jellyfish, 72andSunny and DDB.
Big Spaceship clients include JetBlue, JPMorgan Chase, PepsiCo and Starbucks.
