House Beautiful has chosen the site of its 2023 Whole Home: Hinsdale, Illinois. A 13,000-square-foot landmark property will be restored there by an all-female design and build team in partnership with J. Jordan Homes. There will be 15 female design teams from around the country working on the project.  

“Our goal this year is to empower our audience with big ideas and smart takeaways that give them the confidence to transform their home into a place they’ll love for decades to come,” says Carisha Swanson, director of editorial special projects, House Beautiful. 

The home will be featured in the November/December 2023 Renovation Issue of House Beautiful, which will be available Nov. 28. It will also be seen on HouseBeautiful.com.
