While the definition of what types of voters are "persuadable" in a presidential election is somewhat in the eye of the beholder, but not surprisingly, a team known for tracking eyeballs -- out-of-home measurement service Geopath -- provided Marketing Politics Weekly with an analysis of the available out-of-home audience impressions in some upcoming primary states based on its own definitions of "Democratic-leaning" and/or "Republican-leaning" independent voters.

    Interesting, Joe. But the question naturally arises---how do they determine who is leaning Democratic or Republican? I suspect that they are profiling---based on location and past party preferences in each precinct based on exit polls. But I could be wrong.
