Prior to her current role, Anna was Chief Operating Officer for Wavemaker’s UK business for two and a half years, having formerly been Managing Director of  GroupM  sister agency, Maxus. ​ Her commitment to client leadership has consistently contributed to her company’s significant growth; Maxus grew 37% over two years to 2017, ahead of its merger with MEC to form Wavemaker.​ ​Anna’s vision is to transform client leadership into a globally renowned specialism at Wavemaker, focusing on growth-driving partnerships with clients, and building an unparalleled practice of excellence within her global community of client leaders.​ ​Focus on people has been characteristic of Anna’s leadership. She is a passionate advocate of workplace diversity and has built policies and internal cultures which champion women, support working parents and drive social mobility. As part of her Wavemaker global leadership role, she is responsible for championing the agency’s global diversity and inclusion programme, setting the vision, goals, and actions for the global agency to ensure that the D&I remains a business imperative worldwide.​
