  • Conner Huber
    Goodby Silverstein & Partners New York
    Conner Huber joined Goodby Silverstein & Partners New York as head of brand strategy, charged with overseeing all brands on the client roster as well as new business. Most recently, Huber worked at Commonwealth as the global director of strategy on the Chevrolet account. Prior to her time in Detroit, Huber worked on brands such as Product RED and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation at Modernista! in Boston and on Burger King at Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Colorado. She also helped develop award-winning work for Nike, including the 2012 "Find Your Greatness" campaign, while at Wieden+Kennedy Portland. "When I met with the team in New York, there was a purity of focus," said Huber. "No one was posturing or cynical or overly philosophical. No BS, basically. I was attracted to the simplicity of the pursuit. It felt exciting to remember what it is all about again and to hope to be of help in some way."

    RPA hired Jason Tarantino as vice president, strategic planning director reporting to David Berne, senior vice president, director of strategic planning. Tarantino will direct planning for Intuit Small Business and play a role in supporting business development. Most recently, he was group planning director at Media Arts Lab. While there, Tarantino co-managed a team of more than 30 planners and researchers and directed strategy on a number of key initiatives across the Apple business. Prior to that, he worked at the Martin Agency on the Walmart account. Tarantino also had stints at Wieden+Kennedy, R/GA and Razorfish. While at R/GA, he received a Jay Chiat award for research innovation for Nike ID and a Cannes Silver Lion and Webby for work on Verizon Broadband. "Jason understands the relationship between people and brands in the digital age," said Berne. "His engagement planning expertise will further enhance RPA's ability to unlevel the playing field for our clients by developing communication rooted not just in how people feel about brands, but how they interact with them across a full-range of touch-points."
  • Pierre Lipton
    360i
    360i named Pierre Lipton as chief creative officer. Lipton will join the agency in November from M&C Saatchi New York, where he served as chief creative officer. At 360i, he will lead the agency's creative and technology teams and will work closely with 360i clients including Oscar Mayer, Toyota and Oreo. Lipton will be based in New York and joins 360i's senior executive team, reporting to CEO Sarah Hofstetter. Lipton replaces Adam Kerj, who will join JWT NY as chief creative officer. At M&C Saatchi, Lipton most recently oversaw the agency's creative department and worked for brands including Schiff Nutrition, Birchbox and Ballantine's. Prior to joining M&C Saatchi, he was executive creative director and led the 125 person creative team at AKQA's San Francisco office, working on clients including Visa, Jordan, YouTube and Audi. "Consumer behavior has fundamentally disrupted marketing, and clients are coming to us to help them reorganize for today's digital-first environment," said Hofstetter. "Pierre will help us accelerate how we are working with brands to shift the way they communicate across paid, earned and owned channels."

    Publicis Seattle hired Lori Davis as executive vice president, executive business director. Davis will become both the account and business lead on the agency's T-Mobile account. She will be responsible for sustaining, growing and optimizing the T-Mobile business -- from account management and hiring to operational oversight of creative development and production. Davis will report to CEO Scott Foreman. Prior to joining Publicis Seattle, Davis was managing director at Minneapolis-based Barrie D'Rozario DiLorenzo, where she lead integrated planning for Dell, Rosetta Stone and United Health Group. Earlier in her career, Davis was vice president of marketing at Activision (Minneapolis), where she provided global strategic leadership over all brand marketing activities for the licensed business unit of Activision. The unit publishes Marvel, Transformers, James Bond, Tony Hawk, The Walking Dead and Family Guy, to name a few. While there, Davis' team brought home awards for campaigns on video game launches such as The Amazing Spider-Man, Transformers Fall of Cyberton, Goldeneye Reloaded and Prototype 2. "Lori's unique mix of experience within advertising, gaming and entertainment make her a perfect candidate for the job," said Foreman. "She has the business acumen and agency know-how necessary to run a fast-paced business like T-Mobile in such a fast-paced industry."

    JWT New York named Adam Kerj as chief creative officer. Kerj will report to Matt Eastwood, worldwide chief creative officer, and will be tasked with driving creative ideas for the New York office and its accounts, including Macy's, Johnson & Johnson, Puma, Vonage and Royal Caribbean. He will join the agency in early 2015. Kerj joins the agency from 360i, where he served as chief creative officer. He brings more than 20 years of experience working alongside brands such as P&G, Toyota and Oreo. Kerj has earned more than 50 international awards from Cannes Lions, The One Show, The Webbys, Eurobest, The Clios and New York Festivals. Prior to joining 360i, Kerj served as executive creative director and founding partner of Saatchi Sweden. Before that, he was executive creative director and founding partner at TBWA Sweden. "Adam is the ultimate modern communicator. He has achieved sweeping success as a digital pioneer, but has a background rooted in traditional advertising," said Eastwood. "A true global citizen, he has lived and worked around the world, and we are thrilled to have him join our flagship New York office."
