The IRS is looking to make its email archiving process more transparent after the IRS went through an embarrassing scandal in which they "lost" emails that were being requested in a court
case. Representative Mark Meadows responded with legislation that would require the National Archive and Records Administration to issue regulations about government agencies store electronic
records. The IRS has taken the issue to heart and has implemented a new records management directive to manage all temporary and permanent
