Ionos has unveiled a tool to enable small and medium-sized enterprises to effectively communicate with their customers by email. 

Newsletter texts can be created with the help of artificial intelligence, Ionos says. The service features a library of over 50 templates and a drag-and-drop editor. 

In addition, a preview function allows users to check and adjust emails before they send them.

New address data can be added manually to the contact list or gathered via the company’s contact form on its website. The handling of customer data is GDPR-compliant via double opt-in emails, the company adds. 

The company is offering four pricing options, depending on the number of emails sent per month.
