How This Super.com CMO Is Making Everyday Super

Behind the Scenes with Radhika Duggal

Super.com's Radhika Duggal talks CMO resilience, welcoming feedback, and what keeps a huge smile on her face walking down NYC streets.

I've had the opportunity to connect with and learn from executives of major brands at MediaPost's Insider Summits. In the process I've discovered some truly impressive women -- not only for the work they do, but their stories behind the scenes. With Brand Insider: BTS, I get to pull back the curtain on some of the most influential women marketers as they talk about their path to success: the twists and turns, obstacles, inspirations and the valuable lessons learned along the way.

“People often say, oh, she’s shy, or, oh, she doesn't have an opinion. I just think the reality is I use my voice, or, I should use my voice, when it can make impact, and I should shut my mouth when I cannot make impact.” Radhika Duggal is definitley not shy, but instead thoughtful. Having held senior marketing positions at various Fortune 100 companies; including Deloitte, Pfizer and JP Morgan Chase, the current CMO of super.com has certainly been making an impact. In this episode of Brand Insider: BTS, Radhika goes on to say that instead of being the loudest person in the room, being the most intentional person is the better path. She also shares a behavior learned from her mother, that she's now passing on to her daughter, the value of staying connected, and a very embarrassing collapsing incident. Spoiler alert...it turns out okay! You can watch the entire conversation here:
