If you have tried Windows 8 you may relate. Tech writer Adrian Kingsley-Hughes says Microsoft is hoping to fix it with Windows 8.1 -- or Windows Blue -- that will let users bypass the Start Screen and will bring back the Start button. How will Microsoft spin it? Kingsley-Hughes writes that many PC OEMs are unhappy with 8 and how Microsoft has handled the negative comments. "Privately, one OEM source told me that Microsoft is 'destroying' the PC industry, while another claimed that Windows 8 has 'handed over millions of customers to Apple,'" he writes. Both Lenovo and Samsung have released Start button replacements for Windows 8.
