Advertising and marketing agency DiMassimo Goldstein is doubling its number of partners. Lesley Bielby and Adam Lutz have both by elevated to partner, while also retaining their existing roles. They join Mark DiMassimo and Lee Goldstein as the four partners heading the agency.
The agency said that recent growth at the shop led to the promotions. Bielby has been Chief Strategy Office and managing director of Propolis, the network’s brand strategy consulting and research arm. Lutz has been managing director of Proove, the network’s media-planning and buying unit.
Their key priorities will be to grow their respective strategy and media practices, while helping to lead and enhance the agency’s integrated offering.
“More and more, marketers are turning to us for help navigating the increasingly complex and fragmented marketing landscape, and Lesley and Adam have had a significant impact in growing our micro-network approach to responding to these client needs,” said CEO DiMassimo. “Both have been key leaders of our integrated agency model and have been wildly successful at growing their respective agency brands, Propolis and Proove.”

The agency is designed with multiple integrated micro-networks of advertising, design and social/PR agencies surrounded by its creative agency core. In addition to Proove and Propolis, agency units include Formless film and design; Mongo Industries talent consortium and idea development.
New clients this year for the NYC-based agency include Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, EverBank, The Tie Bar.
