CRM shop MRM//McCann, part of McCann Worldgroup, has acquired Optaros, a digital eCommerce services/solutions provider. Terms weren’t disclosed. 

Founded in 2004 Optaros helps companies conceive, design, build and operate their eCommerce technology operations. Company clients include Macy's, Stella & Dot, Nestle, and Rue La La. 

Optaros is Boston-based with offices in Austin, San Francisco, and Bucharest, Romania, with more than 150 employees across its network. The firm will remain headquartered in Boston and continue to be by CEO Rob Willms.
