Havas has acquired French digital transformation and data consultancy firm TED Consulting which will join the organization under Havas Media Network’s business science division. 

Terms weren’t disclosed, but Havas said the firm has quadrupled its revenue in three years. 

Founded in 2016 by Mathias Chaumon, TED Consulting helps clients automate business processes with artificial intelligence-infused robotic process automation technology.  

Havas said the acquisition will enable it to create unique solutions for clients globally combining data, automation, robotization and artificial intelligence.   

Mathias Chaumon, founder of TED Consulting, will join the Havas Business Science management committee as Deputy CEO of TED Consulting. Yoann Denee, Chief Data Officer of Havas France and President of Havas Data Business Intelligence, will take over as Chairman of TED Consulting.
