Capabilities include live brand experiences, retail and shopper marketing, digital content and sponsorship activations. The firm has worked with clients such as Walmart, Unilever, Kimberly Clark and others.
Before co-founding JetFuel, Sorcher was co-founder and president of experiential marketing agency Escalate from 2000 to 2015 when the firm was acquired by Acosta Group. Sorcher then ran the North American arm of the company’s experiential marketing unit Mosaic until early 2019 prior to forming JefFuel.
The deal is Stagwell’s third M&A transaction this year, following the acquisitions of Gold Rabbit Sports and ADK Global (customer relationship management and other services) earlier this year.
