Rosetta Names Eric Healy CEO

Eric Healy has been promoted to CEO of consumer engagement agency Rosetta just nine months after joining the Publicis Groupe shop.

Healy succeeds Tom Adamski, who in September was appointed CEO of Razorfish Global, a new Publicis Groupe unit that combines Razorfish, Rosetta and certain Nurun assets.

Word of Healy’s promotion follows the disclosure early Tuesday that Adamski has formed the senior management team for the Razorfish Global division.

Healy will now oversee all business units across Rosetta’s nine U.S. and European locations. He will also sit on the Brand Leadership team of Razorfish Global and report to Adamski.

Healy joined the agency in February 2014 as Managing Partner of Rosetta’s Consumer Products & Retail Industry Group. There he led a team of more than 223 staffers that specialized in delivering omni-channel strategy and experience-driven commerce solutions.

With Healy at the helm, the Consumer Products & Retail group has grown 44.5% year to date and added seven marquee brands to its growing client roster. That unit accounts for 29% of the agency’s total revenues.

“Since joining Rosetta earlier this year, Eric has proven to be a strong, results-oriented leader, and his acumen and track record leading successful teams makes him the ideal fit for this role,” said Adamski. “Under his leadership, I expect Rosetta to accelerate its already strong growth trajectory, and I am pleased to welcome him to the Razorfish Global Brand Leadership team.”

Healy says one of his top priorities will be to identify areas of collaboration across the network. In addition, he will be working closely with Adamski and the Executive Committees of both Rosetta and Razorfish Global to build on Rosetta’s momentum in the coming year.

Before joining Rosetta Healy was a vice president at SapientNitro, part of Sapient, which Publicis Groupe agreed to acquire earlier this week for $3.7 billion. While at SapientNitro, Healy is credited with quadrupling revenues at the agency’s Boston office in less than four years. While there, he oversaw the expansion of SapientNitro’s creative team from 14 to 200 employees.

Prior to joining SapientNitro, Healy served as executive vice president, corporate development and network director Aegis Group, where he was responsible for strategic partnership and investment activity for Aegis Media North America and digital marketing services arm, Isobar. In this role, Healy supported North American group presidents with their related growth strategies.

Earlier, Healy was senior vice president, director of interactive at Interpublic's Mullen. He also held posts at Arnold, Digitas and Reebok.
