Subway has snagged the exclusive restaurant destination rights to the new Marvel Comics' "Avenger" movie.
Subway's tie-ins with "Avengers: Age of Ultron," the first sequel to the 2012 blockbuster "The Avengers," include in-restaurant, social, online, and broadcast promotions.
Now through May 31, while supplies last, Subway is offering limited-edition, movie-themed 30-ounce beverage cups bearing codes that can be entered (by consumers age 13 and older) at Subway.com for chances to instantly win prizes such as subs for life (awarded in the form of a check for $22,781) and movie tickets (awarded as a $12 reward code from Fandago). The chain says that "a potential winner will be notified, on average, every minute" during the promotion period.

Subway is also selling "Hulk" Doritos Jacked 3D bags bearing codes, with additional ways to win prizes.
To kick off the promotions, Subway held an event at one of its restaurants, on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, on the day of the movie's premiere, April 13.
Subway brand rep Jared Fogle unveiled #WhereSuperHeroesEat 3D street art (shown here) from Joe Hill of Wasabi 3D and posed for selfies with fans in attendance.
The movie, scheduled to open in theaters worldwide, in 3D and IMAX 3D, on May 1, was produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
