House 337 Hires 3 Executives To Lead New Sports Practice

House 337, the London-based creative agency, has launched a dedicated practice for sport.

The agency will address three types of new clients: sports brands, sponsors and rights holders.

Three agency vets will lead the sports team at House 337: Josh Green as executive creative director, Henry Nash as executive strategy director, and Lauren Estwick as new business and marketing director. All join from Octagon; additional hires are planned.

The new hires report to CEO Phil Fearnley.

Previously, Green and Nash were European ECDs and head of planning at Octagon and sister agency FRUKT. They are known for their "Save Our Shirt" campaign for Paddy Power. Estwick, who was new business and marketing director at the agency. has a decade's worth of experience in the sports industry.

House 337 has done worked for various sports accounts, including the England & Wales Cricket Board and Sky Zero, to underscore what the threat of climate change means for sports.

Agency Engine Creative and fashion and lifestyle specialist agency ODD Group merged to form House 377 in September 2022. Clients include Marks & Spencer, E.ON, Santander, JD.Williams, The Royal Navy and Dream Games.
