Corona Extra and
pop singer Marc Anthony are coming together for the U.S. leg of the multiple Grammy Award-winner’s “Vivir Mi Vida” world tour.
The nine-city stateside trek is set to kick off Aug. 23 in Miami, with Corona as the official beer sponsor.
The sponsorship includes an array of elements to support the brand at retail and at the concerts, including pouring rights at each venue, retail point-of-sale, event signage, brand inclusion in concert promoter media outreach, Corona TV spots shown pre-concert, and an event activation area in arena concourses for Corona to engage with fans.
A Fan Wall will be placed in the activation area at each concert venue, where fans will have the opportunity to write a message to Marc Anthony. Each fan will receive a Corona giveaway after signing the wall (where legal).

Marc Anthony is an American singer-songwriter, actor and producer, the top-selling tropical artist of all time, a two-time Grammy and three-time Latin Grammy Award winner, and he has sold more than 12 million albums worldwide. The “Vivir Mi Vida” tour is in support of his new album, released July 23.
“Marc Anthony’s popularity and resonance with Latin music fans in particular and Hispanic consumers overall, makes his U.S. tour a perfect fit for Corona,” said Daniel Kinghorn, senior manager of national sponsorships for Crown Imports, Corona’s exclusive U.S. importer, in a release. “We are thrilled to partner with such a talented artist, whose fans are also fans of Corona.”
The U.S. tour includes Miami (Aug. 23 and 24), Orlando (Aug. 25), Long Island (Sept. 1), Houston (Sept. 5), Chicago (Sept. 7), Las Vegas (Sept. 13), Tucson (Sept. 14), Oakland, Calif. (Sept 27) and Los Angeles (Sept. 28 and 29).
