Draftfcb New York named Nils von Zelowitz senior vice president, group management director, initially focusing on the agency's Starbucks business. Most recently, von Zelowitz served as vice president, associate director of direct and digital marketing for The Vidal Partnership, working with such clients as Sprint, Kraft, Nissan and Home Depot.

Madison Square Garden named Mark Foxton as vice president, marketing partnerships for Madison Square Garden Sports. Most recently, Foxton was director, team marketing and business operations for the NBA.

Automat Pictures formed a "Marketing and Creative Content" division to be helmed by Katy Leigh as vice president.

Lotame opened a Los Angeles office and hired Jody Salamirad to be director of west coast sales, a newly created position.

T3 hired Geoff Mattie as director of digital production to oversee project management and production procedures. Mattie was most recently senior manager of global operations at Enfatico, which recently folded into Y&R Brands.

Jessica Hartley was hired as an account director at Sapient in New York to work on various accounts and new business opportunities. Previously, Hartley was a management supervisor at Tribal DDB working on the Pepsi account.

Toni Hess joined Rosetta as group creative director and partner in the Creative and Customer Experience Group. Hess joins Rosetta from Draftfcb New York, where she was senior vice president, group creative director and agency design director.

Kelliher Samets Volk promoted Shelly Robbie to creative director and Dan Munzing to junior art director.
