MARC USA hired William Rogers as digital associate media director. He joins the agency from IMM where he was a digital media manager. Rogers’ hire follows that of Nancy Roth as media director and Scott Pool as vice president/director national broadcast. WPP’s Geometry Global announced a number of senior leadership appointments throughout its offices. The appointments come on the heels of the formation of Geometry Global as an autonomous network within WPP in June 2013, along with a series of new business wins. Sparks & Honey tapped Dana Wade as chief client officer. In this newly created role, Wade will oversee client relations and lead the continued development of the sparks & honey open agency model. She will report to Terry Young, founder and CEO of sparks & honey. Wade joined the agency from Spencer Stuart, where she served as a digital leadership consultant. In her role, Wade advised chief marketing officers on how to build digital leadership capabilities, strategize and structure their organizations. San Francisco-based agency MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER promoted Michelle Spear from executive producer to associate partner and head of production. Spear has been with the agency since its 2009 inception. She recently worked on digital campaigns for Slavery Footprint, iMeet, and Google, and broadcast work for New Amsterdam Spirits, Annie’s organic foods, and the Golden State Warriors basketball team. Prior to joining MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER, Spear worked at BBDO as a creative manager, then producer. She also worked at EVB, where she served as director of creative services before becoming executive producer.

RAPP named Rose Cameron as senior vice president, experience planning, a new position in the Dallas office. Cameron will be responsible for defining the interactions between consumers and brands including brand planning, communications architecture and planning, content strategy and media planning. Most recently, Cameron was head of strategy at brand design firm Hornall Anderson in Seattle. Prior to that, she worked at Ogilvy & Mather, Y&R/Wunderman, TBWA/Chiat/Day, Mullen, Leo Burnett and Euro RSCG.

Innocean USA hired Bridgett Judd as vice president, executive digital director, a new position at the agency. Judd will lead the agency’s digital operations and report directly to Brad Fogel, chief operating officer at Innocean USA. Judd joined the agency from Saatchi & Saatchi LA where she served as group director of digital innovation, responsible for digial work for Toyota Motors Sales.
