    Omnicom's TracyLocke has bolstered the ranks of its agency leadership board with a series of senior level promotions and new hires. The moves come after Tina Manikas joined the agency as President in June. Previously Manikas founded and led FCB/Red, the shopper, retail and commerce agency.   • FCB Elevates Harris To Global Chief Strategy Officer
    FCB has promoted Vita Harris to Global Chief Strategy Officer, succeeding Nigel Jones who is taking the role of Chairperson at the agency network. Harris had previously been Chief Strategy Officer. Both will report to Global CEO Carter Murray and also work closely with Global Chief Creative Officer Susan Creadle and Global Head of Data Science & Connections Tina Allan.

Moore is tasked with driving the company’s vision and culture, overseeing its service offerings and managing the operations of the agency’s U.S. offices.  Most recently he served as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at Wise Collective, a full-service integrated marketing agency in NYC.   • Dentsu Veteran Jackson Takes Brand Director Role At Camp + King
    Camp + King has appointed E.B. Jackson brand director in the agency’s Chicago office where she will oversee brand initiatives for client Pappa John’s and other clients.  Jackson joins the agency from dentsu’s 360i, where she was a vice president of account management. Earlier she held the role of account director at dentsu mcgarrybowen, working with clients including Brita and Kingsford for the Clorox Company and Planters and Kool-Aid for The Kraft Heinz Company.

    Interpublic agency Huge has appointed Lisa De Bonis Global Chief Experience Officer. She's tasked with overseeing the delivery of unified brand experiences for the agency's clients and reports to Matt Baxter who joined the agency as Global CEO in July.Previously De Bonis was Managing Director at Accenture Interactive.Separately, Huge announced the appointment of Toni Howard as Group Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, reporting to Kali Beyah, Global Chief Talent Officer. Previously Howard served as Diversity & Inclusiveness Leader for the National Tax & People Advisory Practices at Ernst & Young.

    DDB has appointed Mat Bisher Chief Creative Officer, DDB NY to lead creative teams at the network’s flagship office. Bisher, a 20-year industry veteran, has held creative leadership positions at agencies such as McCann, BBDO, Deutsch and Burrell. He spent the majority of his career at McCann Worldgroup where he was most recently executive vice president and executive creative director. Bisher’s work has garnered awards from Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, Webby, Clio, and ANDY.  Bisher steps in to lead the NY creative team as Lisa Topol and Derek Barnes leave the agency later this month. They joined DDB three-plus years ago from Grey.

    Ad agency Cramer-Krasselt has promoted Stephani Estes to executive vice president, general manager of the agency’s Chicago headquarters.
