Billings for the account were not disclosed, but are estimated at $15 million. Media planning and buying will be handled by PGR Media in Boston. Gale Group in New York City previously handled the account and will continue to handle public relations duties. New work is slated to launch in March.

    The American Legacy Foundation consolidated creative duties on its "Truth" campaign at Arnold. Crispin Porter + Bogusky previously shared duties with Arnold.

    GlaxoSmithKline is consolidating its whopping $1 billion North American media account with MediaCom. The agency practically doubles the amount of billings it currently handles for the company. MPG previously handled the work.
