His career spans 30+ years across independent agencies, integrated startups, and global holding companies. He most recently served in several leadership roles at dentsu, including Carat U.S. CEO and global president, U.S. President of Product and Innovation and dentsu Media Americas CEO.
Since founding RMA in 2023, Doug has worked with large holding company, independent and boutique agencies, brands, and adtech disruptors.
