Stagwell's BERA Unveils LLM Brand Rankings

Two years ago, Stagwell acquired brand measurement platform BERA (Brand Equity Relationship Assessment).

Now the platform – which has been rebranded BERA.ai – is unveiling a new capability that shows how large language models (LLMs) rank brands. The offering is named BERA LLM Brand Rankings and it is integrated into the platform so that clients can compare how LLMs rank their brand alongside proprietary BERA Score brand metrics.

The new offering comes as consumers are using LLM-based tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and others more often to compare and choose brands.

The new BERA LLM platform shows brands how each LLM tool ranks them and provides key sources defining each ranking.

In the BERA platform, the BERA Brand Score is a predictive measure of a brand’s overall equity and financial value. A separate metric, dubbed the Love Score, indicates how deeply consumers emotionally connect with a brand. Users can compare both of those scores to the LLM rankings.

“We’re showing brand leaders how their BERA Score, position on the Love Curve, and LLM rankings move together, as well as how to improve their brand position with LLMs,” said Kraig Schulz, chief customer officer at BERA.ai.
